To apply to study with us, please complete our application form and follow the steps outlined below to accept your offer.
International students can apply to study through an agent.
Step 1: Download and complete the Application Form using the link below.

Step 2: Supporting Documents
Please supply us with certified copies of the following documents, where possible. Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English.
- Academic qualifications (school reports)
- English proficiency document
- Passport
Step 3: Submit your application
Submit your completed application form and certified documents on Kaplink
If you are an agent, please ensure that you are using the Kaplink Agent Portal to lodge and manage applications. You can seek support from our System Support Officer if needed (kaplinksupport.agents@kaplan.com)
For direct applicants, please send your completed PDF application form and supporting documentation via email to muc.admissions@massey.ac.nz
Step 4: Application Assessment
We will review your completed application form and supporting documents. If you are accepted, you will receive either a Conditional Offer of Place, which requires you to provide additional information to us or an Offer of Place.
Step 5: Accept your offer
To proceed with your enrolment, you will need to:
- Login to your Kaplink application portal.
- Submit the evidence required to meet any condition(s) outlined in your offer (if applicable)
- Carefully read your offer including terms and conditions
- Accept your Offer of Place by clicking on the ‘Respond to Offer’ button and make payment in the application portal.
- After we have received your payment, we will send you a Receipt of Payment.

Step 6: Visa and accommodation
International students may then apply for a student visa to study in New Zealand. You will need to provide both your Offer of Place and Receipt of Payment documents when applying for a visa. Explore your visa options and lodge your application via Immigration New Zealand.

Massey University College appoints agents to act as our official representatives abroad. An agent can help assist you with:
- Admission requirements and choice of programs.
- Collating and submitting your application documents to the College.
- Visa application, travel, accommodation and pre-departure arrangements.
