Massey University Refund Statement

The Massey University refund arrangements apply to all Massey University College students enrolled in English Courses and Foundation Studies Programmes as stand-alone enrolments or when packaged with other Massey University programmes.

Key aspects of the Massey University refund arrangements as they apply to international students include:

  • Students who withdraw after payment but prior to 17% of the study period having elapsed, as defined by course start and end dates, are entitled to a refund of 100% but this refund does not include any non-refundable items:

  • Commission paid to International Agents may be deducted from any refund.

  • Massey University College refunds will be paid to the account from which it is received.
